Apple’s long-awaited AI smart glasses, which have been the subject of speculation for several years, are finally expected to have a public reveal date. According to a recent report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is currently aiming to unveil the new smart glasses at next year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC27), marking a major milestone for the company’s augmented reality ambitions.

The decision to reveal the glasses at a developer-focused conference suggests that Apple will also provide software development kits (SDKs) and APIs, enabling third-party developers to create applications for the device.
