Circle-Seq-based eccDNA Identification

Extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) has garnered increasing attention in recent years due to its potential role in gene expression regulation, drug resistance, and cancer progression. Unlike traditional chromosomal DNA, eccDNA exists as a separate, circular molecule that can carry genes and regulatory elements outside of the host genome.
