PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon was the unfortunate of a carjacking successful South Philadelphia connected Wednesday afternoon.

Scanlon was walking to her parked conveyance and was approached by 2 men driving a dark-colored SUV.
